Earn up to $250.00 when referring new talent to Creative Focus between Aug. 1 and Aug. 31, 2006. To be eligible you must provide us with a candidate whom we successfully place for 160 hours of continuous work as a UI Designer, Product Designer, Producer, Flash Designer, or 3D Artist. A $100 cash award is open to anyone that provides us with a candidate whom we successfully place for 160 hours of work in any other of our open jobs.

How do I refer an applicant?
Simply fill out our Employee Referral Form and email the form and your friend’s resume to referral@creativestaff.com. After your referral has worked on assignment for 160 continuous hours, we’ll give you a bonus check to reward you for helping us connect with the best talent.

Who is eligible to participate?
You can refer anyone who has not already submitted their information to Creative Focus, who already works through us, or has worked with us within the last twelve months.

How and when do I get my cash award?
The Creative Focus payroll department will pay your cash award (subject to taxes) when the person you referred is hired and completes 160 hours of continuous employment. You must be employed by Creative Focus at that time to collect payment.

We cannot accept self-referrals..

Creative Focus reserves the right to determine whether or not referred applicants are qualified for positions covered by the program.

Creative Focus may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis.

The 160 hour requirement can be accrued over a 3 month period.
